"In past have always used Joe Namy office for all insurance needs for all my vehicles. Still do. Lately whoever has been in office handling calls not the friendliest to talk to. Joe I’ve spoken to him on phone before very well mannered as are some of the other gentlemen I’ve spoken to from his office. This one particular call just ruined it for me. The lady on phone could’ve used a little less tone and had more understanding. She has limitations within her job yes, but customer service is the name of the game.
